Your coaching
business, as
an app.

I build and run subscription apps for health and fitness creators who already sell something. You own the app, the accounts and the revenue. I handle everything else.

You pay nothing until your app is live on the App Store and Google Play.

REAL, WORKING DEMOS

Tap through them.

Three apps built for three different kinds of coaching business. Everything works. Nothing here is a picture of an app.

These are example apps built to show what the product does. The coaches in them are invented, not clients.

Why your own app,
and not a platform.

Your name on the store

Search the App Store for your brand right now. You're not there. A platform's app puts your members inside someone else's icon.

Your members' money

Apple and Google bill your members and pay you directly, into your own developer accounts. The money never passes through me. You pay my share out of what has already landed in your account.

What sits beside your community

A forum holds the content and the conversation. It does not log a workout, a check-in or a measurement. That is most of what your members do every day.

You can leave

Thirty days notice either way. You take the app, the accounts, your content and your subscriber data. All of it is yours already.

Sixty days, start to live.

DAY 1

One call, then paperwork

We agree what your app does. You open your Apple and Google developer accounts, which takes a day, and send me your content.

WEEK 1–3

I build it

Your branding, your programs, your videos. Subscriptions wired to Apple and Google. You see progress, you don't do work.

WEEK 4

It lands on your phone

You and a handful of your members install the real app and use it before anyone else sees it. We fix what's annoying.

WEEK 5–8

Live on both stores

I handle submission and app review on both. Then you announce it. Billing starts the day it goes live, not before.

What it costs.

A SHARE, NOT A FEE

Nothing until it earns

No upfront fee, no monthly minimum, nothing while the app makes nothing. Once it is earning I take a share of what reaches your account, and you keep the larger part.

How the share works →

Book 30 minutes

INCLUDED

  • Built, submitted and maintained on both stores
  • OS updates, store compliance, everything ongoing

NOT MINE, BUT YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Apple $99 a year, Google $25 once, on your accounts
  • Apple and Google keep 15 to 30% of each subscription
  • RevenueCat is free to $2,500 a month, then 1%

Those last three aren't paid to me. I list them because finding out about a cost later is a rotten way to start.
